Performance Marketing Manager is needed to perform the following duties:
· Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across search, and display networks for Medicare-related products and services.
· Apply system-level thinking to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights, driving continuous improvement in our marketing strategies.
· Leverage technology to supercharge our marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry trends
· Conduct audience research and develop clever, creative campaign ideas for paid search and display in the Medicare market
· Monitor and optimize day-to-day performance across various media channels, with a focus on direct response and performance metrics
· Create and manage detailed reports on campaign results, data stories, and spend recommendations
· Collaborate closely with our tight-knit, cross-functional team to align marketing efforts with our vision of transforming the Medicare market
· Stay ahead of regulatory changes in the Medicare industry and adapt our marketing strategies accordingly
· Identify marketing performance issues and conduct root cause analysis using advanced analytics tools
· Develop easy-to-use reporting and visualization dashboards for key metrics.
Bachelor's Degree is required in Marketing or Marketing Analytics or Business Analytics.
